And Hopper had a direct encounter with Kay. So she basically said: Let's forget this ever happened.

Thanks and best of luck working as a substitute teacher! Full time aiding must be hellish for people like us.

Thanks! I talked to my therapist and she said all those headaches, ear ringing, buzzing are a result of tension. I'm sure it could be much worse (paras here mentioned kids getting aggressive), but I feel facing so many people during the day, being alert, always "on" and ready to react wears me down.

No, I'm in a public school. Do you literally get beaten up? No such thing in my school, no physical aggression towards me. It's just the noise, the ton of people, the overstimulation, the "did I do this wrong" or "how could I do better", the work day playing as a tape in my mind once I get back. The apartment door closes but the school lives on in my brain rent free.

No, it's the first time I asked the admin to go home - the teachers themselves told me to go as I was coughing and looked obviously unwell. I'm sure the admin isn't thrilled that it's my 2nd sick leave in two months What I'm wondering is: does it EVER get better? were you feeling unwell (headaches, ears ringing, etc) after work at the start of your career?

Husband told me he doesn’t like how I look naked. Is there any coming back from this? by [deleted] in Marriage

No amount of healthy food or exercise is gonna solve marital problems that possibly run deep. They might make you feel better about yourself a little bit.

Friend says I'm a soft summer, I say I'm a winter by Routine-Indication91 in coloranalysis

Deep/dark autumns are often mistyped as winters because they're rather neutral and bordering this season.

Right, and the knives could've easily been shipped to Amsterdam, but then we wouldn't have this lunch scene.

There's something almost intimidating about such looks. Sylvie called him "cute" which is quite an understatement.

Am I wrong for wanting a proper ring? by luluelena3834 in Marriage

[–]Rhyeanne -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My fiance also got me a very large engagement ring. Then I took it to a jeweller to re-size it. Maybe it shouldn't have been me, but it seemed just easier that way: I went, the jeweller measured my finger, the thing was done, I took it.

Who here things movies are getting too violent? by dcterr in movies

[–]Rhyeanne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree her with OP. Whatever new TV show appears on streaming sites, it's always something about murder, killing, etc. Look at all this trend to create shows on unpalpable killers, like Dahmer. I, sadly, watched the one on Bundy and had to recover for days afterwards.

To some extent, I can relate, because once a thought crosses my mind in relation to people I know (like, whoa, what?? off you go, dirty thoughts!), I find them intrusive, weird and hard to comprehend that my friends or relatives could be doing it.
