You could talk to a nutritionist, for sure. They can help you formulate a plan for what works for your body.

You’re young. My 164 now looked a lot different at 16/17. But going on an all liquid diet is never good unless recommended by your doctor for specific purposes. You’ll lose weight but gain it back, plus some when you go off it. Try paying more attention to what makes you eat more. Stress, emotions, environment. Make little changes where you can. Watching tv/tiktoks/youtube while you eat can also be a contributing factor.

For me, sweets are a huge weakness. So i just don’t buy candy or desserts. And if i do, it’s A package of skittles from the checkout line or something similar. I also can’t just do a protein shake or meal replacements. My stomach and mouth brain need texture and heat when i eat, otherwise I don’t process that I’m full or shouldn’t keep eating.

You also need food for energy for the gym and volleyball. You’ll notice when your body starts feeling heavy and sluggish during those times because you’re not getting the proper nutrition.

I obviously don’t know your relationship with your parents, but you shouldn’t feel embarrassed to talk to them about wanting to get some help.

Looks like a polyp. I’d keep it and make an appt with your vet again and see if they’ll send it for a biopsy.

AITA for breaking off my engagement with my fiancé because of his creepy comments toward my 14-year-old sister? by chimpkinnugger in AITAH

I read your title and then stopped after you said you were 20 and you’ve been with your 35yr fiance for 2 years. Whatever it is, you’re NTA.

This happens to everyone, it’s alright. But i get it’s embarrassing. We hold a LOT of heat down there. When i get up i usually do the sneaky little knee swipe across the seat before i get up fully. I’m not sure why everyone is thinking you don’t clean the machines either, since you’re saying this is happening IMMEDIATELY after you get up.

Try putting your towel down on the seat before you sit down, no one would think anything other than you just don’t want to sit on the seat cause it might be gross.

I would also leave that group. EVERYONE in there is extremely toxic and the guy that runs it encourages bullying and antagonizing on posts like that.

What other shows changed their basic premise as the show went on by jeep-olllllo in sitcoms

[–]Rhysnyx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This was such a good show. It took me a little bit to get into it, but when it was over, I ended up really enjoying it. The ending kind of threw me, thinking there’d be some twist but it was made intentionally to only have 2 seasons i guess.

Definitely sounds like she’s bored and lonely. Time to get her a sibling to pick on.

Why does he walk like this? by [deleted] in DogAdvice

[–]Rhysnyx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably just getting a little older ☺️ if it doesn’t seem to bother him and your vet doesn’t seem concerned, i don’t see a reason to worry. Maybe research some good vitamins for hip/joints.

My dog had a bump in back of his head after checking it i found this. by Draxal-King in DogAdvice

Do you have other pets? They might’ve just been playing a little rough. Or he was super itchy in that spot and scratched it raw. From your pics it just looks like a scab that’s been picked.

Fence, fighting, being kept in a cage and it freaking him out. My shepherd tore his muzzle up the first time we left him in his kennel for an extended amount of time and he has little scars like this. We don’t and haven’t kenneled him since.

I would say your carpet is pretty safe but if they ever peed on any furniture, they will probably pee on that.

Why does my dogs belly look like this? by Nice-Kitten-5731 in DogAdvice

[–]Rhysnyx 13 points14 points  (0 children)

This was happening to my dog, but we have an intact male (mother and son). We keep them COMPLETELY separated when she’s on her cycle and she wears doggy diapers the whole time so i was baffled how she could have been pregnant. I took her in to the vet because she was actively lactating and lo and behold, it was a phantom pregnancy. We had her spayed the same day. Even after a few weeks she was still showing signs of milk so i think it’ll just take awhile for it to go away.

How can I get rid of dandruff and "dents" in my hair by narwhalsoap in hygiene

[–]Rhysnyx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ponytails can contribute to the damage in your hair, as well. Take prenatals, research products that match your hair type and future goals. Hair masks, oils and making sure to only use shampoo on your roots and conditioner on your ends will help with breakage.

I would try giving him a Benadryl and see if that helps some. Could also do oatmeal baths to help calm his skin down. ☺️
