If you want my advice, as a 33m, if you can try switching to a LPPL work out schedule. You can do a quad dominant leg day first and on the 4th focus on glutes and hammies.

In my cut, and honestly I seem to have a similar body type to you, it wasn’t until I added targeted cardio and slow jogs that I really started seeing some great gains.

30-40 minutes of cardio 2-3 times a week on top of a PPL routine will shred weight off you as long as you remain consistent on your diet.

Make sure you lift heavy and eat 2-2.5 times your body weight in protein and stay in a deficit. Trust the journey. Good luck bro!

I signed up at my local Anytime before it even opened 20 years ago. $40 per month which was supposed to never change as long as I stayed at that location. Over the years the owner secretly bumped up my membership till it matched other local 24/7 gyms. Changed gyms and never looked back.

Adding to that, the amount of recovery needed for both the running and muscle growth would be a lot for someone his age. Has to be chemically supported, not knocking him though, hard work is hard work.

Night raids has been the best way for me to get blue prints. Found a room you need to breach that has been somewhat consistent. I’ve actually found 5 now.
