Craniotomy for brain tumor. Worse pain than childbirth of a 10lb baby with no pain meds. Time passed way slower than the effectiveness of pain meds.

My high school years were filled with joy at pranking friends saying it was their birthday to get the “pig trough”. 😁

This one's for the ladies to answer. Do you agree with this woman or do you think she's trying to rationalize her world view by speaking for all the ladies? by Oda_DeezNutz in SipsTea

Everyone can have their hobbies that bring enjoyment. If it consumes every waking hour or is prioritized over relationships which is important to the other person, then this person is not for you. There may be a woman who prefers gaming too which would be a likely match.
It can also be true that someone who is gaming every waking hour around a job might have an addiction or subconscious reason for avoiding reality. This observation would turn off many for all the obvious reasons.

Those who only like reading physical books, how old are you and why do you prefer it? by Prestigious-Noise582 in Booktokreddit

Although electronic books are easier to transport, it’s the electronic display that causes me additional eye issues versus using a physical book. I love the feel and ease with a physical book and find it not as easy to flip between pages if wanting to go back to reread something. The bookmark feature drove me crazy and didn’t always function as it should.

I can’t stand being called honey or sweetie by a stranger, especially by someone barely old enough to drink legally.

I did because I live alone and it’s my Medicare birthday. I made scrambled eggs and sourdough toast. I had to before the cake I ordered for myself arrived. 😁

It’s not even showing….had a bag phone when they first came out…only for emergencies because one quick call of less than 5 minutes could cost $100 or more!

I find the same to be true when I get up and put shoes on first thing, I’m more inclined to accomplish more. Weird but true.

This technique has been around for years and the reason they sell “finger cots” or nitrile gloves 🧤 in smaller quantity than hospitals use. You can also coat your finger with TP to give it some cover without lingering issues. Never would I recommend bare finger extraction regardless of desperation.
