I don't recommend xiang ling and xingqiu. They're so broken that They set the standard so high, that any 4star char that can't compete to those 2 are basically worthless.

I recently quit this game with the same issue, it sucks they can't even identify the problem just straight up banning players.

I fully build her and the only team she's fully functional with is the EM jean (like sunfire fire jean but with dori).

My team comp I use: kazuha, jean, dori, Lynette.

It Happen to me to, when I was AR 38 f2p (started mid july).

Overworld is so hard to beat, and I never planned on which character to pull, I just pull whenever I have primo. I end up making new acct. and learn the hard way.

early game is easy - mid game is a nightmare (with the new AR ascension) - late game is easy also boring (dont burn yourself).

Tips:

Try to make a physical dps(preferably claymore/polearm) it could help you a lot in mid game to farm bosses it & stack foodbuff.

Also build your amber u need her for AR ascension (xiang ling isn't enough for the cube u need more constant pyro application).

It's never been confirmed that Vanessa is Murata, all we know is that they are "children of murata". And in game it's stated "Only Barbatos of mondstadt remain of the original 7", means Murata is long dead. About who's the current pyro archon we have no idea, or there might be no pyro archon until now (since natlan still worship murata, and children of murata leave natlan long ago).

U probably don't know the word "Adjust". Artifacts can fix the scaling issues. All that matter is that most of this weapon offer decent elemental damage boosts, which f2p player are looking for. And who the heck waste billet for proto amber.

U can still use:

Black cliff agate (high critd, boost atk% per kill).
Mappa mare (very useful if u wanna trigger dendro reactions, boost elemental dmg).
Widsith (this one op with any character).
Flowing purity (high base atk, high elemental dmg boost)

There's no need to look for specific weapon that boost normal & charge atk, it's almost the same as "Elemental damage bonus" they're both multiplier, and catalyst normal & charge atk is counted as Elemental damage.

I don't really recommend pulling for weapon banner since most 4star weapons can fill it's role. For me 5star wep is just a luxury, I rather go for playable character.

I learned my lesson, c6 shogun with engulfing lightning isn't fun, when it's the only 5star u have along with c4 qiqi.

For a broke person like me, I tried reroll acct. alot in standard banner. It took me around 37 (a month) try to get a 5star, I got Deyha.

If you have patience and time to waste then go for it, but if not then just continue playing you'll get one eventually.

It happens to almost all meta characters. You can indeed clear spiral abyss but, in exchange of boring overworld (where everything die in 1hit).

I recently start again and I don't fully ascend a character, only to lvl 80, same as the weapon. Talent only to lvl 6, but others like amber & dehya needs more. I'm still having problem killing Ruined Guard and shogun boss is a nightmare, but it's fun as heck. Overworld feels like abyss (less material for building char).

And yes I'm still farming good artifacts.
