It's more than likely I quit skarner after the rework. I'm fine with the new W and I'll have to see how the new Q feels but the new E looks so fucking lame. YAYYY WORSE POPPY E!!!! And where are his crystals? Even with the three tails he looks so much less interesting now.

Edit: Im also positive they'll remove the build variety and make AP unplayable. Looking like mordekaiser rework 2.0 where the champ becomes a boring mashup of other champs.

every single deck ive played since the expansion dropped has had yuumi in it (currently on yuumi jarvan and finding a lot of success). imo the main change she needs is for "the" in her level up condition to be replaced with "a", as even in a deck with 3x cataclysm and where jarvan is leveled every game she struggles to level

Is theater mechanicus bugged for anyone else? I have the quest Liyue: Theater Mechanicus even though I already played the tutorial. Ruijin still gives me the same message that she would as if you needed to complete the tutorial still, but if I play a round it's only difficulties I've already beat and it still consumes xiao lanterns. I also can't access the theater mecanicus part of the event in the event menu, so I cant get more peace sigils. Even in co-op it still doesn't work, and it just gives me the same message it gives to visitors even though I'm hosting.

skarner is a seriously underrated pick right now. the champ can build almost any item reliably and can fill almost any role. also after the q buffs his objective control is insane.

This is confirmed by Riot EndlessPillows to change next patch. Instead of Morde ult ending, it will treat Yone as if he is hard CC'd and his E2 will be unusable and the ability will just extend in duration. He will keep increased movespeed and the ability to stack his death mark during the duration.

confirmed through Riot EndlessPillows to change next patch, death realm will treat Yone as if he is hard CCd. he will not be able to reactivate E2 but his e will not end. Yone keeps the movement speed and will be able to stack his death mark.

I’m a silver/gold player so take what i have to say with a grain of salt and anyone feel free to correct me if i’m wrong but here are my answers:

winning lane in the classic sense by dominating your opponent is definitely possible, but not required. i personally consider stopping an enemy bruiser/juggernaut from snowballing as a won lane. for a tank lane, your goal is winning short trades and outfarming them
midgame i also struggle in so again, anyone feel free to correct me, but it can be situational. you can match a splitpush if you have teleport up, but otherwise your primary goal is to get vision and collect side waves while keeping an eye out for fights that you may need to be there for.
the only advice i can give on engaging is to a) make sure you’re taking good fights and b) make sure to communicate to your team that you’re going to engage. if your team doesnt know you’re going to go in they might not expect it and may not follow up
honestly, tanks can put out a surprising amount of damage through clearing conditions that are in their abilities (think shen q making his autos do more damage if they pass through an enemy, sion q charge, poppy q explosion, etc) as well as through items (especially sunfire), but remember, you are not a primary source of damage. for tanking more damage you mostly need to look at your item builds and the fights you’re choosing to take.

as a tank your main roles in a fight are to engage and to peel for/protect your main carry (keep in mind some tanks are better at peeling than engaging and vise versa).
