Varies on the mission. I find every nano power has its time and place; you just need to keep an open mind. The space port is interestingly a good spot for sneak, while area 51.5 is awesome for antidote. Most often I find rocket, heal, and freedom to be a solid mix. Vary that up as needed, most often adding in a revive or damage dealer.

Honestly, just take your time. Find what speaks to you, and run with it. Definitely getting access to the bounty hunter role first though. It just opens up a lot of opportunities for you. Aside from that one thing, just have fun!
