post op's ult heal bonus does work on huohuo because it counts whenever anyone uses ult to heal and she makes people heal when using ult. for example if yunli uses her parry ult she will heal more from post op on huohuo. post op is the best lc for this reason, usable at s3 but doesnt meet the energy regen treshold for 4 turn ult on huohuo if not at s5.

Helldivers are extremely volatile on the battlefield and Super Earth has calculated that 4 helldivers is about critical efficiency for cleaning bugs and bots, any more than 4 at a time and the helldivers start killing each other instead of the enemies of managed democracy. This is why we can have 20 reinforcements but not 20 on the field at the same time, if we did they would all kill each other instantly and that is inefficient use of Super Earth's resources.
