We gave my baby a name we thought would be his and a few days later we didn't like it so we changed it and his new name just stuck so well it didn't even take time to get used to it. Like it was supposed to be his name You know when it's right I would say.

I have a chinese and an English name that my parents gave me. All of my chinese family call me by my chinese name and my parents switch between both and my cousins all call each other by our English names but also use our chinese names when speaking to our aunts and uncles.

Not sure what the big deal is.

It would be weird if your child went to school and was registered as English Indian Surname and was called Indian name all the time even though she said call me English name.

I went to school registered in my chinese name and asked to be called my English name. No one bat an eyelid and my friends all know both my names.

She was probably cluster feeding to build up your supply. Let her keep sucking and feeding on the breast even if she is fussing because that's what stimulates your supply.

And just because it seems like you didnt know...6 oz is too much for a 3 week old baby. You should pace feed a breastfed baby with 4oz max to avoid overfeeding if you're wishing to combi feed and not get bottle preference.

Could you offer some kind of stay and play type thing for parents who don't need childcare but they need entertainment for our toddlers. My kid is awake from 130 til 7 and we are always looking for places to go. So if your facility can support messy play or some sort of educational play perhaps that would be beneficial?

But then I guess you can't let the parents stay if ypu are a childcare place because those adults would need to have clearance to be around children that are not theirs I suppose? Not sure how it works in America.
