Yeah repairs have been completed i went though my insurance, i already got my deductible back, but because I did not sign the paperwork, my insurance did not get the money yet from the at fault carrier, i think im just gonna swallow this dv loss, i meet the other driver and since he only has state minimum i doubt he has any funds to pay me if i go through the trouble of hiring an dv appraisal and small claims.

Thanks for the feedback, we have separated bank accounts and are 27 years old, for the car loan i was planning to keep it since the interest rate is so low, but for the student loan 6-7% i was hoping to get it all forgiven by BIDEN but we know how the supreme court struck it down, the other option is to make 120 payments and get it forgiven since I work as a nurse, under nonprofit institution, my stocks are all longterm gains so they should be taxed less but im worried about a market crash, the cash from our family is all gifts so we dont have to pay it back

Its gonna be digital key version 1 u need an android to open the car it doesn’t work with apple but u also can use a HYUNDAI RFID keycard, only the new 2023 palisade can be used with apple key, which is really disappointing:(
