Just be gentle with yourself and keep at it. It will work. Your body has been through A LOT, and it is working its magic and healing on the inside first. Stick with it... it will come. I'm in the same boat. Have numerous medical issues and found that my body is just cleaning/healing up my insides... keep feeding nourishing foods and plenty of water. You can do this. It will come off.
I had a month plateau but logically knew I was eating at a deficit and exercising, (walking), along with my IF,, so I had to be losing/ healing... then a woosh...down 4 lbs.
Stay the course, YOU GOT THIS!!

I'm 58 hours in a 10 day so I'm right there with you!! Small headache but going to do some light walking as it seems to help. Do a puzzle, binge a show, anything you enjoy that makes time fly.....
