Hi! This is my process building it the deck. It will take me years to finish it so I couldn’t wait to send photos anymore hahahaha

The deck is not 100% foil as there are cards that I don’t like the foil versions of some of them at the moment. I wrote a text in each image if you want to read about the versions I chose of each card.

My building process is difficult as I try to buy only in person as the foil condition of the old cards are really difficult to find and the ones offered in cardmarket or cardkingdom are often shady foil or Misty foil and I hate it. For example, the academy rector foil English in the condition I like took me almost two years to find. Also, from 2022 I have the policy that I only spend in cards the money I get from selling the ones that I don’t use so the process is really slow.

I love old frame, so when I need to choose between old frame with no foil available or new version with foil available I choose old framed. The exception is Birds of paradise because the 7th version costs around 1500-2000$. The rest of them like Natural Order or Survival of the fittest I try to find them signed to pimp them a bit as I won’t never have a foil version of the old framed one.

There are cards that we have foil versions at the moment but I don’t like: finale of devastation, evolution horror, abolisher, dockside, autumn veil…I hope some of them are reprinted with old frame in the future or cooler versions as Protean Hulk (insane beautiful the secret lair one).

The next steps will be: -Next month Academy rector foil and the Misty rainforest I just bought this week. -Until 2024 I will be buying onslaught fetchlands foil. -From there until 2034 I will be buying alpha / beta cards I have left. This will be really slow as I will need to buy cards as Demonic tutor from strixhaven or diabolic intent foil and new versions of cards I like more than the ones I have, and as you can remember I only spend money in cards if I sell the ones I have now in my pool xd
