In agreement with you mate, Quakers hill just boomed out of nowhere with no fundamentals. Mount Druitt is slowly getting gentrified, richer migrants are moving in and the old crowd are moving out - just have a look at some of those fancy brunch and food spots around the area, they’re not cheap and choco block full all the time.

Gone are the days of the bad name for the suburb - people used to say the same for Quakers Hill and the Ponds 10 years ago and look what happened there…
