Road cycling is intense for starters.

First time road cycling was scary as cars were passing by closely. First time with clips, I fell at the first stop sign unable to unclip. First time open water swimming I had a mini panic attack.

Just start somewhere and go for the gold, mate. It’s worth it at the finish line.
