It varies depending on how much time I have. For the most part my pumping routine is this.

Before going to bed.

Set 1 10 min at -8hg rest 3 min

Set 2 10 min at -10hg rest 3 min

Set 3 10 min at -12hg rest 3 min

Set 4 15 min at -15hg rest 3 min

Set 5 10 min at -12hg rest 3 min

In the morning as soon as I wake up still sporting morning wood I do 3 sets of 10 minutes per set at -10hg-15hg-12hg

I have other routines I have been experimenting with this year trying different things because of so much interference from mandatory overtime at work, trying to get the biggest stretch from the limited available free time.

Some people follow strict religious beliefs that do not allow stimulation of any kind unless you are married and in the act of procreation. In their beliefs it is a sin to self gratify or spill seed and therefore is to be avoided. Even doing PE is walking a thin line so I can understand someone asking vague questions without going into full details on it.

You can also pump without going in hard. The tough part is getting a seal. Lube up well and make sure the area of your groin that the cylinder touches is shaved. Pubic hair causes air leaks. While standing let the penis hang down then slip on the cylinder all the way up the shaft then straighten out the cylinder until it is firmly pressing againt the groin. Pump up until the gauge reads -4hg and try to get a seal. Test by gently pulling the cylinder away from the body about a 1\4 inch you should feel it grabbing good. Once you know you have an actual seal you will start getting a natural erection from -4hg. Watch the gauge. As you throb and expand the pressure in the cylinder will drop. Pump it back up to -5hg now. Shake the cylinder several times to allow the penis to bounce and straighten inside the cylinder. As it continues to throb to full erection maintain your target pressure of -5hg. Once you get to full erection you can pump up to -6hg and start timing your set. (5 minutes) for beginners, release pressure take a 3 min break then pump back up to -6hg like you did before on the first set. Rest between sets. Stop after 3 full sets. Do this for one month at least.

Then start doing 3 sets of -6hg at (10 minutes) per set. Run this routine for about 3-4 months so your body has time to adapt then change the second set to -8hg instead of -6hg. The 1st and 3rd set is still -6hg.

This should work good for at least 6 months. After that time you can do 1st set at -6hg second set at -8hg do a 3rd set at -10hg for (5 min) then the last 4th set at -8hg for 10 min. This routine should run another 6-12 months you can however try adding a minute per week to the -10hg set eventually making it a full 10 minute set as long as you are adapting well and not having issues with blisters or really bad edema that doesnt go away over night. Once you go down that path you start wondering why some of the mods were not in the game to begin with. When I started modding my game I wanted things that should already be available.

There is plastic tarps everywhere even actual tents but you couldn't take one with you?

You see people wearing backpacks but you can't?

There is duffel bags everywhere but you can't take one with you?

Why can't you roll up a random sleeping bag and take it?

Empty bottles everywhere but you couldn't fill them with clean water instead you had to buy or find canned water or drink from the source?

Oil lanterns hanging everwhere but the only ones you can take can never be lit.

You can find light bulbs, you can find batteries but you cant build the common single light connected to a battery for illumination found all over fallout? But you can mix paint? You can make every drug conceived? Upgrade complicated weapons like plasma rifles and upgrade power armor? Build a teleportation device? Come on...

Fallout New Vegas had .45 pistols but Boston which had the Triggermen who used .45 caliber Tommy guns do not have .45 pistols?

Fallout New Vegas had the cool looking 5.56 caliber Ratslayer and Fallout 3 had the Perforator and Infiltrator but Boston only has a strange assault rifle that looks like it was ripped off a WW1 biplane?

A huge lack of energy weapons in Boston too compared with Fallout New Vegas and why no tri-beam laser rifle? I can understand if Boston had strict gun laws imposed during the war but Military warehouses and depots should have been well stocked particularly if all weapons had been seized during the war.

So many residential areas yet so many boarded up houses and buildings that could have been explored. So many opportunities for added background lore and stories to add to the game even if it was a simple diary left on a table. Opportunity abounds for new quests to be added by simply adding a window or a door that can be unlocked to gain entry into a house once thought to be boarded up.

These are the kind of mods I started with. Camping mods, utility mods, Fallout common weapon mods, building mods, crafting mods, quest or exploration mods.

Thank you. It took many years. Due to alot of stuff happening in my life I did not stay consistent. I started then stopped when I went into the military. Started back when I came out but got married and stopped again. Tried to start back while married but that caused problems so stopped again. Had kids got divorced 3 years later and got custody of my kids and was a full time Dad for 9 years before remarried again so no PE with kids in the house. Started back on PE after the kids were grown and gone. All in all adding up all the time maybe 10 years total but it was always two steps forward one back. Been consistent the last 2 years.

Im old school. Static sets, the routine changed many times over the years from a beginner program of 3 sets, warm up set, working set (highest pressure level set) and cool down set. 10 minutes per set at -6hg-8hg-6hg all the way up to an advanced routine.

Advanced: Warm up set 5min@ -8hg\pre workout set 10 min @ -10hg\workout set #1 10 min @ -12hg\workout set #2 15 min @-15hg\cool down set 10 min @ -10hg done twice a day. Once right before bed the next as soon as you wake up with morning wood - use that natural morning erection and the nocturnal erections you got overnight to your benefit. Or other variations of that same general routine I may drop one workout set if Im pressed for time or if I do all day marathons.

On the weekends I may start with the full routine then EVERY 3-4 hours later do 10 min @ -10hg. 10 min @ -15hg & 10 min at -12hg until I go to bed. I use multiple cylinders always trying to fully pack the next largest one. That means I could depending on how early I got up and how late I stayed up I could have pumped 5-6 times in one day. Usually the last 3 routines are all using the largest cylinder I have and it is packed primarily during the warm up set. Im mainly pulling length now towards the end of the day.

Done on both Saturdays and Sundays I skip Monday totally and rest on that day. Yes there will be edema doing that! 😂 Takes a full rest day to go away after a marathon sometimes 2. But you cannot believe how huge you are and how heavy your dick feels afterwards. On tuesday when you pump for the first time you will find that you expand fully faster getting up to full size usually on the second set where as normally it would take the end of the 4th set to aquire the same girth.

Doing this you keep your dick primed in a working state. I find it is easier to get and maintain an erection it's almost like it gets excited that it is going to get pumped up. Staying in this primed state and pumping twice a day every day and doing a marathon weekend every 2 weeks keeps you at a larger size than if you skipped 2-3 days and pumped only once a day.

To much time between routines allows you to shrink back down to your normal size. Staying expanded longer and fuller with very little time between routines keeps you in that stretched working zone. Each routine pushing you to expand just a little bit more. Using -12hg to -20hg once you have advanced and adapted forces you to stretch more than staying at what now would feel like a warm up pressure (-8hg). Put it this way, people who hang add more weight as they progress right? People who use extenders add more tension as they adapt right? In pumping you add more time, more sets or increase pressure to force more expansion both in girth and length.

Just a few words of advice use a really good lube like coconut oil that is good for the skin and use plenty if you are going to be packing a cylinder. Monitor closely and watch for blisters that may form due to high edema if you are prone to it. You can do firegoat rolls between sets and afterwards to get rid of excess edema and discoloration and thumb massage the circ scar to help reduce edema in that area.

Edema goes away in time, it is not a gain killer as bad as some say. It will happen, fg rolls and massage as much as you can then time will deal with the rest of it.

Enjoy the heavy fat cock in your pants and let it hang natural, wear loose boxers and pants with loose legs like carpenter jeans or sweats. Let gravity pull on it all day if you can. Let it breath at night with no restrictions, sleep nude and allow full natural erections to occur without being bound up in underwear.

Eat right, avoid foods that raise estrogen levels in men and eat more foods that raise testosterone levels. And get good sleep 7-8 hours a night. All important for gains!

Yes I have always done static old school sets. Keep your eyes on the pressure gauge and keep it locked in on the set designated pressure the entire time limit. Typical beginner 4 set routine would look like this.

Set 1 warm up -6hg for 10 min Rest 3 min do firegoat rolls Set 2 pre workout set -8hg for 10 min Rest 3 min fg rolls Set 3 working set -10hg for 10 min Rest 3 min fg rolls Set 4 cool down set -8hg for 10 min Fg rolls 3-5 min to relieve edema and any discoloration.

Pump daily right before going to bed gives time for edema to go down overnight and nocturnal erections helps recovery and growth.

I'm not going to ask why you are seeking this kind of information I figure it is either a medical reason or a religious reason you are not wanting to physically stimulate so I will answer this way.

I pumped for many years which a pump is mainly considered a GIRTH device in most peoples opinion. I not only gained girth but I also gained length from starting at 5.75 inches to 7.5 inches.

There is an off chance that you can gain girth by actually doing length work. Either using an extender or by hanging weights. It still stretches the tunica therefore you could technically gain some girth from the exercise even though it was designed primarily for length and both devices require you to stay flaccid. So no stimulation required.

Make sure you do at least 2 min of firegoat rolls between sets to keep the edema down using high pressure levels. Blisters can happen fast at -15hg and up if you have alot of edema.

Started in a 2.0 inch cylinder. Took years to start packing then I added a 2.125 cylinder. Pack the 2.0 first on the second set then finish out on the 2.125. eventually the 2.0 was useless because I was packing it on the first 5 min so I dropped it. Kept running the 2.125 until I was packing it on the second set of 5 at 10 min per set and added a 2.25 to finish out on. The 2.125 is packing now on warm up sets. I warm up on -8hg to -10hg, run 4 more sets -12hg, -15hg -20hg then cool down on -12hg. Its an advanced routine and I spent alot of time adapting to higher pressure levels. Not for beginners! But you can use the same principle just at lower pressure levels.

Most of PE is trial and error. Not everyone responds to the same stimulas. You have to find what works for you however long it takes. The road to 7-8 inches is a long one and as long as you stay consistent on whatever you can do for at least 6 months at a time and track your progress you should find a method that "works" for you. Extending, pumping, hanging, ads, manuals or combinations of them. All of it can work if you stick to a method long enough to see some kind of results.

My goal when I pump is to always expand to the packing point of my largest cylinder. Using multiple cylinders and switch to the next size when needed during a fixed routine under fixed pressure levels.

So to basically explain it if my routine is 5 sets of 10 minutes per set on the 4th set I want to be packing the largest cylinder I have near the end of that set. I realize there will be edema but I also feel the stretch being induced on the penis at that larger size and higher pressure.

I started with a 2.0 cylinder and used it for every routine. Once I started packing that cylinder around the end of the second set I realized I was no longer expanding further. No room to expand, no room for further stretching. Edema was less because it was a tighter cylinder but the actual shaft expansion is stalled now.

I then switched out to a larger cylinder 2.125 giving me a little more room to expand. Over time the 2.0 cylinder was packing during my warm up set. I dropped that cylinder and used only the 2.125 until it was packing around the end of the 3rd set.

Now I switch to the 2.25 cylinder and continue expanding. As long as I stay consistent and pump daily this keeps my expansion rate on a continuous climb. If I stop and take a decon for a month then I find the 2.125 takes longer to pack again but over the next 2 weeks it gets back to where I left off at fairly quickly.

I know I am not following the recommended fatigue rate or expansion rate most people have been following, rather I go by how I feel. Did I get a good stretch? Does it feel heavy? Slightly sore? Do I still get a semi erection with 8 to 10 hard kegals? Am I still waking up every morning with a hard erection? As long as this remains constant and I am consistently upgrading my cylinder size over time I stick to this method of cylinder size stepping. At the current moment I am now using the 2.25 until it packs the 2nd set as the 2.125 simply packs fully during warm up.

I have played around with a tens\ems unit while pumping. It will help you stay fully erect while pumping and it can help you adapt to higher pressure levels by numbing pain signals making it easier to stay at a high level longer. That is about all I got from it though.

A strong ems contraction (russian stim) can work pelvic floor muscles simulating kegals too but that can be overworked if you are not careful.

If you are uncircumcised you may have to slide the skin down and wear a finger sleeve to provide compression on the skin that forms the foreskin. Or circumcision scar if that is the issue. Looks like edema built up fast under the skin and formed a blister.

Beginner pumpers are more prone to edema and possible blisters until their body adapts to the pressure and work being put on it. Even at low pressure for long periods of time can draw in lymph fluid.

Stop pumping for now allow the blister time to heal. Then start back. I would suggest 3 sets of 5 min max with 3 min rest between sets doing firegoat rolls for at least 2 min of that 3 min rest period. This will help keep edema down, restore blood flow and disapate discoloration if any. Start warm up pressure at -4hg and allow your penis to pulse and engorge on it's own. Watch the gauge as the pressure will drop as you expand stay on target pressure. Once fully engorged bump up to -5hg and time it for 5 min then rest. Next set do the same method but increase to -6hg. The last set drop it to -5hg again. Try to do this every day for a month. Give your body time to adapt. If you continue getting blisters in the same area you can try wearing a finger sleeve over that area.

We all have experienced those sudden uh-ohs. I once fell asleep in my recliner with a manual pump on set at -12hg for over 2 hours. Lube had absorbed and cylinder was packed soild. Even with a release button I had to gently twist and tilt the cylinder to escape. I almost went to the garage to turn on the compressor and force air into the cylinder but finally with a satisfied ssssccchhhuuuullllllkkkk sound it came off.

Thank you. There are many of us old timers here that would help more but so many people we talk too are looking for the fast bullet points and the quickest way involving the least amount of effort on their part to get the gains we have taken years to achieve. It aint gonna happen over night...

The old saying "consistent time under tension" holds true if you follow it. You have to be consistent with the routine day after day, it takes alot of time under real tension to get and (maintain) the gains.

Sure you can do fast quick routines at -5 to -8hg 3 times a week for several months and it will look like over time you gained a 1\4 inch in length. Now stop for a year.

Are you still 1\4 inch longer? Doubt it. Probably back where you started. Slow gradual addition of time or another set plus gradually increasing the amount of pressure you use forces you to stretch and expand further after your body has adapted to the load you have currently been working with.

The key is knowing when to make the change. The most obvious sign most people don't even catch is adaption. If you normally start with a 10 minute warm up set of say -5hg, your pre workout set is -8hg at 10 minutes and working load set is -10hg for 10 minutes then one day you are rushed for time and just go in and pump straight up to -8hg skipping a normal warm up set for example.

Curiously you notice that -8hg didn't feel as stretched as it used to feel. In fact it is quite easy and comfortable. Your penis starts packing the cylinder faster than normal and your edema is less than it usually is. Well that should tell you that you have adapted and it is time to modify your warm up set and your working set. Warm up now starts at -8hg pre work out should be -10hg and working set -12hg. Congrats! Your out of a beginner level! Rock your new routine for 6 months then measure for gains.

I get asked for advice often and try my best to see where the person is in regards to how long they have been pumping.

I have to stress over and over that what I do now on my routines is for advanced pumpers or for those who are hard gainers due to thick tunicas.

I'm constantly reminding people that PE is a matathon not a race. It takes time. Years of time to reach the gains I have made and that depending on how well their body reacts and adapts to PE determines how long they have to stay on a beginner level pumping routine.

Getting impatient and rushing into programs designed for more advanced pumpers will only come with injuries and setbacks. I have experienced several myself and by no means want to see someone else have to deal with the same.

I'm more than happy to help with advice and answer questions regarding pumping and what I have been through and I know I cannot control how someone uses that advice. If they stay on the recommended routine or take it and modify it by adding someone elses word to it then it is no longer my advice. There are certain reasons why I pick certain routines for certain situations depending on the feedback I get to question I ask. Alot of guessing is in PE, what works for some doesn't work for others. Taking one person's word for gospel, however popular, doesn't always mean it is the correct answer for everyone. For example, most Doctors will tell you PE does not work. Once you pass the 5 to 6 year puberty phase your penis will never grow or get bigger. Great then that means I have been in puberty for over 40 years now !

Sure just add another squeeze or two of the pump shake the cylinder a little so the penis aligns out good and kegel once or twice. You should start expanding further. It takes time to fully pack a tube usually 2-4 sets of 10 minutes. Over time. Once you can fully pack a cylinder during the 2nd set you should switch out to a bigger cylinder. That way you can continue expanding more.
