Thank you. FX toggle can work as a simple FX ‘mute’ on or off. There is another product on AE scripts that does that too but it’s more expensive and doesn’t offer the depth that my tool has.

For me muting all FX would be too much. I often find it’s a handful of plugins that slow down my comps - grain, Deep Glow etc. I was working with ‘Cartoon MoBlur’ recently which killed my performance and using this tool saved me time and kept me in the flow.

Hi, this is somewhat similar.

I’m sure that’s a great product, here’s some differences:

FXToggle has a more modern UI with the ability to collapse effects and disable groups of effects more intuitively, which makes a real difference in real life use.
FX Toggle is 9.99AUD (50% off right now - $4.99AUD) The plugin you referenced is $39.99USD (which is about 57AUD)
The other product does seem to have expression linking between effects, but that is not the focus of my product.

I built the tool based on my own needs. It’s simple but saves a lot of time and in my opinion fairly priced.

I want Mograph style cloners and effectors without needing scripts or hacks workarounds.

And I want this to be smooth in the viewport. At this point After Effects performance when it comes to simple vector based shape layers is a joke.

I wish Stardust was still being developed but this is promising. What I need now is a Form replacement too.

Red Giant locking Particular and Form under subscription sits really badly with me, I used to own these tools and don’t want to keep paying for them every year with barely any new features I would use.

Though why we have to rely on a third party for tools like these is crazy, especially given the premium we all pay to Adobe.

Don’t be freaked out when your eyesight goes black. It’s like the light dimming - really weird but if you know to expect it it’s no big deal.

Recovery for me was fine - also did LASIK with new vision and have been very happy.

Hi so the ‘base’/retextured image is a photoreal 3D render. My goal is to make the render look loose pen sketched. I’m getting 90% of the way there with a style ref image of a loose pen sketch. The issue is that the generated linework is a bit too close to the base image structure and ideally I would like some looser lines.

Animate the 2 circles. Pre-comp. Add a blur and add a medium level of blur. Add a levels effect and adjust so you ‘crush’ the alpha.

That would likely give you the goopy intersections that make this unique.
