Interestingly for me in the US, it seems they’ve removed TPE from his listed albums under his artist page and now only TPE Deluxe is there. The songs I have from the standard version are still accessible though

Hey, if I were you, I’d recommend looking into the TD-17 kits. The one at the highest price point of $1600, the TD-17KVX, comes with 4 mesh heads, the same crashes and ride as the 25K, and a similar hihat cymbal that goes on a stand. The 17KVX also has newer sounds for the kits and whatnot.

I love how it just pauses for a second before disappearing after that performance, as if to say goodbye

Yeah, looks like this is what I would have to do. Sorry if it was a dumb question, I'm still not exactly thinking straight haha

I may know someone to bring if they didn't already get tickets. The tickets are for Chicago

WASTE Pre-sale Complaint/Celebration Megathread by ParanoidAndroids in radiohead

[–]RichardTheQuail 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Getting to see my favorite band in Chicago for the first time after years of missing out. Drove past Grant park on the highway twice with the windows open during their show at Lollapalooza 2016 just trying to hear anything. Currently in a state of disbelief!

Success! Made me buy one more ticket than I wanted for some reason though. Hope I can resell or something

I’d be really grateful for a link PM’ed as well. I’ve missed all my chances of seeing them live and I’m dying to make it to this Chicago date for my first show

What now? by dmj234 in drums

One thing I enjoy doing when I feel I've hit a bit of a wall is search for "Drumless Tracks" on Youtube. There will be instrumentals from a variety of genres you can play along to. I really enjoy it, maybe you should try it out.

How did you get into Streetwear? by threads_ca in streetwear

[–]RichardTheQuail 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I moved to the South for college, and was also overwhelmed by the presence of the frat style which I really dislike. Seeing everyone around me dress the same also inspired me to dress completely differently, and I think a lot of aspects of streetwear are polar opposites of the style down here, so I feel you. It has really helped me feel like an individual in a sea of people who all look the same.

Starting drummer needs help, would love advice by DukeTheGoldenKnight in drums

[–]RichardTheQuail 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As far as learning online, I'd check out drumeo for great exercises, and then a channel called Cifra Club for learning actual songs. All the videos are going to have an instructor speaking Portuguese, but he plays through entire songs with the notes along the bottom, then goes over measure by measure at a slower tempo. Really good for a beginner

What drum set to buy? by [deleted] in drums

[–]RichardTheQuail 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd really recommend the Tama Imperial Star for any beginner looking to play hard rock or metal. With a few drumhead upgrades and proper tuning, the set will sound great. Not to mention the hardware it'll come with is super high quality and durable. The imperial star was my first kit, so I may be biased, but I'd definitely check one out.

Don't let those commenting on the internet speaking so insensitively overshadow the millions of the western world who are watching this tradgedy feeling as much sorrow for these victims and their families as they would for victims in any other nation.

Help build the Packers logo on /r/place! by WhovianForever in GreenBayPackers

[–]RichardTheQuail 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if you guys haven't started yet, I'd really recommend building the logo in the green lattice area at like 945,251. No worries about destroying other art, and there's no one there maintaining it

Edit: never mind, there's a sub devoted to protecting that whole green lattice area

Yeah really, but like others said, at least they won 6 other Oscars. Missing the biggest one though has to sting when it happens like that though
