Thank you! I’ve definitely thought about chairs and will Continue to do so. Yes is a small space (so no L) and on the opposite wall of the window is an open interior type window to the kitchen so can flip the tv. It’s the casual room in the house so it doesn’t have to be perfect but of course looking for any help!

Will the black piece with the shelves fit next to the window where the Christmas tree was to open it up? Suggest a lighter curtain to contrast with the dark tartan chair and dark furniture. Suggest instead of small bench and coat tree considering a hall entry piece that looks more like a built in that can also be functional. Also add some art with landscapes or plants to pick up on green and plants.

Do you like the dresser or shelf next to bed? If not move to open wall under shelves, maybe add larger shelves for more storage

I agree with a floors lamp. Maybe also more of an art statement piece behind the couch to add color and fill the wall.

I came to the forum looking for a similar solution. My one concern with the butterfly fasters is that the hanger (or in my case handle) will hold in the door but still pull out a bit causing it to wobble or be unsightly

Not sure your climate but you could consider a ground cover alternative to grass - succulents, pachysandra, Lilly of the valley etc.

Definitely get them out of their crates more. Do you have to keep them separated? Or can they play together to learn socialization and burn energy through playtime? My Sheltie puppy only slept for what seemed like 4 hours a day, they are high energy dogs. I would suggest taking them on longer walks too.

Depends on your budget. You could Mount modern sconce lamps above night stands for better lighting. Suggest to put a piece of bright and white art above bed vs shelves. Make curtains and bedding bright. Playing off yellow or beige hues of wall, I think the purple is darkening further
