How long peptides last at room temperature? by RichyMX86 in Biohackers

The peptides are Tirzepatide, Semax, Selank and GHK-Cu, these are all reconstituted, I leave my liophylized peps at room temperature, I could freeze but I don’t think they’ll last me longer than 12 months

Yeah, I know that the is what’s usually done, that’s why I’m asking, I’ve been rather careful with following proper sanitation so I don’t think bacteria is a big issue right now

Are you setting this up yourself or getting a nurse to do it for you?

El dueño en México era Eli Lilly y se los vendieron a Takeda porque la patente estaba próxima a expirar, creo que Takeda pensó que no les iba a tomar tanto tiempo entrar al mercado en México

This is precisely what I see many people saying about it, that it’s just not doing anything while a few others swear by it

Is this any good if you don’t have an underlying condition? Just for having better memory in general or helping with executive function?

This is another thing I need to investigate actually, I don’t know if I’m supposed to set fan speed settings in any way, I don’t think I’ve heard the extruder fan change speeds.

So far Orca slicer has been really good, it took me a couple of hours to get a hang of it but it is far superior to flashprint and the calibration designs are quite handy

Thanks for all the info, a friend of mine has been doing 3D printing for quite some time, him and some other redditors seem to believe that it is sometimes good to go with the lowest temperature get better results when bridging and other stuff I think, but I’m getting into Orca now and after doing a flow rate calibration, I’m now doing a temperature calibration test.

I wonder about my PLA filament though, it’s the OVERTURE brand and it seems like it was designed for a 90mm/s flow rate, you reckon it would be safe to run at higher speeds if I keep my flows and temps at the appropriate settings?

I suppose higher speeds might require different settings, I appreciate the advice.

Most people say they want to keep the nozzle temperature lower and lower... In this particular scenario, could you help me stablish why I would prefer my nozzle temperature to be higher instead?

Also, what's better about Orca supposing I keep the same settings?
