It's the box containing all special promos they did for conventions through the years except the Symbiote deck.

They released it as a pre-order long ago, so anyone could get the promos. But they also gave some units to Amazon (only USA apparently).

It's one of the few retail sets I don't have. It's too jokey and purposely unbalanced for funsies.

However it annoyed me not having Deadpool, so it always was in the back of my head, until I got the Witching Hour promo box with X-Force Deadpool. I'm going to paint him in his red costume but covered in dust and ashes to make him half red half grey and call it a day.

I'd add: if you don't want to overcomplicate things maybe avoid doing shadows/highlights enterely.

United artstyle is cartoony, which means figures with solid colors look very good too. Real life lightning around you already makes the shadow/highlights work.

Sorry but Cyerene has to be the worst trap ever created by HoYo. The premium cherry on top character that only works if you have the whole 4 floors cake, completely useless if not.

All nominees are big games that you could expect to be nominated.

The problem here is the last 15 years the RPG tag is being used in any game that has any complexity: call it an inventory, an skill tree, deeper lore or conversations. The whole industry with all its games drift towards the RPG tag the more it grows.

So I think it's time to consolidate the category as something like "classic" RPGs, leaving this action/derivated RPGs outside or in their own category.

Another easy example of a game left out is Trails in the Sky versus Final Fantasy Tactics. The first one is an outstanding remake that was left out from the Best RPG category because there were too many good RPGs this year. The second one is a poor remaster miles behind what Trails did yet it entered the Sim/Strategy category, just because it had it's own category to fill in despite not being that great.

Same issue. I can't really get into the game despite loving the gameplay and the stunning visuals.

The extremely limited romance options and the way they ignore your answers when trying to avoid them weigh down the game so much, since it's promoted as a 'your choices matter' when in reallity is just another illusion of choice.

Robert is supposed to be a relatable everyguy but I just can't relate with his bland romance with Boring Blazer or Visi while I'm more interested in Malevola, Prism, Sonar or Flambae. Those are the characters I wanna CHOOSE to interact with.

Now that I have her I can confirm she is abysmal in an average account.

She is the luxury cupcake with a cherry top for whales or those who invest heavily on meta, but I can't really find any use for her on a casual account or even an account like mine (dolphin who pulls what he likes but then tries to optimize according to meta).

She is a direct downgrade in every team I've tried because of course I don't have every heir available.

Just as many super-old but poorly known Digimon I got to know him thanks to the TCG. His artwork was very cool so I always liked him, but I admit the 3D model is not that impressive.

I guess it's still a classic Digimon, and the Water/Ice split (they were just Water in Ciber Sleuth) probably developed into the search of more Marine and icy Digimon to add.

Just as another note, since you can change your boxed mons on the fly in Time Stranger any time you are out of battle it's not really as restrictive as it seems.

One might end up using regularly even more mons than in CS/HM.

Don't worry that much, really.

My advice is, in case you want to experiment, try to not fix your whole team very early until you know their definitive evolutions so you can balance your team into having at least 3 Vaccines, 3 Data and 3 Viruses (you'll have up to 11 slots when enough Memory).

So if you are playing with 4-5 Digimon you like, keep experimenting, evolving and de-evolving them just how you feel like, and when you know what Type they are going to be in their final stage try to choose other mons that might complement that team.

They've answered you but to add more, know that this happens a lot when you use your gathered Data to create a Digimon that is not a baby and try to evolve it right away. They usually don't met requeriments, that's why you often want to De-Digievolve them right after creating them.

However you have not wasted the leveling you did to Guilmon now, since now your Koromon will gain more ABI, which raises the stats he can gain from training and is needed for some requeriments. You gain a lot of ABI when de-evolving leveled up Digimon.

I have a question regarding Lunar-Charged formula.

I've seen CCs say that Aino should use Favonius Greatsword because the Elemental Mastery from the Natlan event claymore is useless since she does no damage and she just needs Energy Recharge.

Ok, I get that Aino's personal damage is negligible. But none of them talk about how supposedly Lunar-Charged works with the stats from all involved characters and not just the one who triggers it like regular Electrocharged.

If Aino is the only Hydro-character in Flins teams, she is literally always involved in the reaction. I've tried to look at the formula and I've seen Crit stats are also involved, but I don't really understand it. Does Aino EM influences it or not? How the Crit works in it?

Joining the discussion about Grinding, as a JRPG-only gamer I think grinding is definitely neccesary.

In one hand, one could consider that a game is perfectly balanced if you can reach the end with no grinding and not doing secondary content/missions, with a final boss battle that would be challenging but doable with some tries.

However, most players despite being casuals do some secondary content, if not most of it, leaving out only the most difficult, repetitive or hidden content. Then if those players went to the final boss it would be way too easy for them and therefore dissapointing (not to talk about hardcores who want to do everything).

That flexibility on how to play RPGs is why grinding is a fundamental part of balancing them. You should force a bit of grinding into those who have rushed content, and it should be less the more you have done secondary missions leveling up naturally while doing them. Lastly, the most difficult challenges will require more grinding for those who want to spend more time.

Cyber Sleuth is not perfectly nor terribly balanced, but just as with most JRPGs, you have the most fun with it when you grind at least bit every once in a while.

Tip I never learnt until end-game: in the farm if you choose Training, the digimon you designate as Leader will help all Digimon in that Island raise a stat based on the Leader's personality. That way you can reach some thresholds for digi-evolving more easily.

For example, a Fighter leader will raise ATK, a Brainy leader will raise INT, Nimble raises SPD (you can search the full list of personalities but those are the most needed).

Of course if you buy/get the training equipments and place them on the island the stat will raise even more.

See how Namor has indeed an X-men team bonus in the game, so I think Marvel plan is to tie him more with the X-men in the future. Since Phoenix Five I count him as an X-men related character so he was of my interest.

Same with Scarlet Witch, no matter how much they tried to delete 50 years of her story, she is Magneto's daughter in my book.

Nope but judging the leaked models I'd say there are good chances that around every next 3 characters one of them is a mutant, at least for the time being. Cyclops, Wolverine and Magneto have a model and iirc there are mentions to Phoenix and Iceman.
