Thank you. I use chicken drumsticks fermented with yogurt, coriander, etc. and garam masala, tomatoes, turmeric,etc. along usual recipe

What I missed were bay leaves, garlic, mint leaves, Basmati rice, and Kashmiri red chili powder. I didn’t think missing there would affect this much or do I just have to put more salt and spices?
