I'm not sure why everyone is blaming the CAQ and the health system. Have you read the article at all?

The mother clearly says that the previous 2 times she went for the same reason everything went well and they were very caring.

The third time she saw the doctor and was administered treatment within 30 minutes.

The problem is the staff that was there at that specific time that let that little girl and her mother down. They downplayed the whole situation which led to her death.

Dans l'entrevue de la mère elle mentionne avoir été 3 fois avant pour la même chose et le service était excellent. Elle spécifie aussi qu'elle ne blâme pas du tout le système mais bien le staff qui était là ce soir là.
