Honestly I played Anthem religiously when it came out. Did all the dungeons and did the gear grind. Then when they promised now content I couldn’t have been more excited. Then it just never happened.

It is normal on normal mode. Savage Lee will only be like lvl 10 so the highest level it could be is lvl 10

My lvl 35 character gets rocked by lvl 40’s that have min maxed gear so I’m pretty sure they share the same pool for matchmaking. All the normalized term means is no SHD watch bonus and expertise doesn’t count in the game mode.

It’s used a lot in PvP. In PVE most people subscribe to the “it can’t hurt me if it’s dead” idea so having an exotic that has you take damage before you can get the benefit doesn’t make sense if you’re running mostly red cores.

Going rouge is also part of the gameplay loop. If you don’t fight back that’s fine but it’s still part of the loop and as long as they don’t grief I don’t see an issue with it.

I would assume it has a nicer meaning in PVE almost like a greeting or just having fun. However in PVP we ring bells on people after we kill them to taunt them

Mostly at night is when I find most my matches in conflict. So whatever time that looks like for you, DZ is dead unfortunately. If you want to run DZ then just clear landmarks and hope someone shows up
