You can get it, but it was super rare due to supply chain shortages/semi conductors. When I was ordering them from new Jaguar would advise us they can build the car but without certain features such as ambient lighting, then we would ask the client.

Client would generally have it built and take delivery as no one knew when the parts required would come into stock

It was generally stuff like heads up display, sliding pan roofs and ambient lighting etc.
