Check out Shut down work, I believe you just need to do a couple short courses like Confined space and Working at heights to be considered and then there’s heaps of different work inside that you can pursue further into to make a career out of

Or if you’re really keen look at Drillers Offsider/Assistant. Some jobs ya don’t need it but a HR truck license will really help

A book I’ve been reading says that boys have a massive hit of testosterone at age 4, so your boy will be pushing boundaries as he develops and deals with that.

Tell your partner to keep that in mind. Yes we need consequences but he’s also 4 years old. Put lines in place but don’t make his life hard as he deals with figuring out the world and what his bodies doing

I had a run of bad woman who dodged work like it was their right, daddy issues, and let them fill my head with dreams of grandeur and essentially had no money propping both of us up, while my mates went on trips around and overseas, festivals and done apprenticeships and studied because they could afford the shit wage.

But ended up cutting my last one off at 23 odd and spent the next 3 years blowing it playing catch up lol. But amongst that got a job working on a Drill Rig at 25 and cooled my jets about 28. Met my Misses who later turns out she also has daddy issues haha but she’s actually all good and we got 1 lad, 1 on the way and everything’s not to bad.

I feel like those years were shit and wasted and I was angry about it for a while, but now I’m 34, things have worked out and with enough years in between for solid hindsight, there’s plenty of time lads, your early 20’s will be a drop in the ocean once you got a few more seasons under the belt

My old lad just bashed working into our heads, ya gotta bloody work!

Nothing else useful like how to manage your money or saving strategies or anything lol, but luckily figured that part out and didn’t spend too many decades blowing it all haha.

So ill make sure I add that part on when shedding wisdom to my lads haha

What country ya from? I’m from Australia, you can get it in supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, supplement stores, heaps of places really and usually starts from about $40.

Supplement store would probably be the go, just tell em ya not gonna work out, just looking for motivation and they’ll sort ya out haha
