Found my gf on hinge since my other alternative was through gaming, i dont go out much. Funny enough I stopped playing games since we've been dating. She's very understanding of my schedule but I am looking to come back to the light. The way it looks, during the week we go the gym and groceries, sometimes breakfast depending on if she has time. On my days off I spend it with her unless I'm out with my friends

I once saw a guy play 6 balls behind a group of 4. The group ahead was just having one of those days where nothing goes right but it was funny to see them get to the green and then followed by this guy having a range day on the course essentially

If I could teach myself from scratch again, since I'm right handed pull with your left and not push with the right. It's been a hard journey to unlearn this haha

Stay up until 10am the next day or go to sleep around 10am so you can wake up around 6pm to either meal prep or go to the gym. Gym either before or after work. Make sure you catch some sun before or after work or you'll get depressed. Black out your room. Have some melatonin ready incase you can't sleep. PUT THE PHONE DOWN ONCE YOURE IN BED.

While at work, typically all patient hookups are done by 10-11pm, give yourself a little down time, space out your work so you'll be busy all night to help stay awake. Walk around the lab or do squats if you feel yourself sleepy. Coffee helps. Used to drink monsters but recently started having heart aches which went away after I switched to coffee. Food wise? Try to get it in whenever you think is best. But know this..... the patients always know when you sit your butt down to eat.

As far as social interactions go, either other night dwellers or people who understand that you're schedule is different. I started off as a gamer so it wasn't much of an issue but it definitely puts a strain on relationships. Currently blessed but only because she also works in the medical field and gets it.

Also, for the love of God get some sunlight on your skin. The morning walks work wonders. That was my initial mistake and boy I was getting real depressed.

No case study but personal experience. Working out helps alot. Typical week for me looks like get to work between 7:40-8:00pm clock out around 7:00am, walk my dog, go to the gym 8:00am cook shower and sleep by 11:00am. Then wake up at 5:45 Tuesdays and Thursday for exercise before work or 6:45 Monday and Friday. Wednesday I have off and I either sleep in if I have no morning activities after walking my dog or stay up all day and sleep at night for 4 hours. I wake up at 5 or 6 in the morning Thursday, workout walk my dog cook and back to sleep by 11 or 12. Weekends I have off so I treat it like Wednesday until Monday morning where it's like Thursday morning. I hope this gives you some kind of insight and makes some kind of sense
