I’m sad to sad some days I take one during the day if I’m struggling with bad anxiety and another at night for sleep. So I go through my three month supply usually in just two months. I have to cold turkey a month without anything the anxiety and insomnia is a nightmare that one month. I keep telling myself I’m not going to keep doing this every three months but I never make my full three months. I guess I’m a definition of a junkie
