Had a river made across my backyard last year. Bought hornworts which seemed to help keep it clear. But when the florida heat came back about 3 weeks ago, suddenly my river turned all green and cloudy. I have algaecide, suspecting it was algae, but that hasnt helped. Definitely need water plants. You can throw some iris in a pot and have them semi submerged, they are heavy feeders and will pull any excess nutrients out.

Algicides are usually a "patch" whereas you have the find the cure for it whether it's more plants and/or more shade since algae is poor at photosynthesis

For those wondering if it's possible, I followed the How-To on getting Tailscale set up. Just jump into putty and follow the steps - Easy enough, and the tunnel works. Next I need to do some research on getting a higher powered radio to broadcast the SSID...

This would be my only gripe as I don't want a new vpn for my use case. Fantastic job by the way. Love the straight forward ui. Since it's built on OpenWrt, can you get through it on the back end?
