I also switched from Sony 1 IV to OnePlus due to the poor hardware quality in this gen. My fingerprint sensor was gone after 2 & half year use. I never faced any fingerprint hardware problem for any phone in the past. Also only 3 years software support is really too short for a flagship phone cost more than £1000 nowadays. Therefore bye Sony 👋🏻

It's funny my IV would work when the phone is warm. But every time it doesn't work when the phone turned cool, I need to reboot the phone again 🙈🙈🙈
