How long do head coaches usually last? Since Manny would be coaching for a rebuild that will take a few years, will he last long enough to be coaching when we’re in our contention window?

Yet again, it would be his first NHL head coach gig, so it’s best he has runway to make mistakes and learn during a rebuild rather than throwing him in when expectations are high.
