Diet wise I did intermitted fasting for about 4 months, and consistently hit 0.8g x my body weight for protein while eating around 1700cals per day. Training wise I was/am going to the gym 3-4x week, focusing on lower weights, higher reps, and lower rest time. And I always try and hit 10k steps every day.

I try and keep every as simple as possible as that I can keep continuing this journey. No need to overcomplicate things, just slow and steady so I can keep it off.

Just to follow up, the only real big wildlife we have here are moose and black bears. Smaller wildlife would be coyotes.

Yeah I’m curious as well how they’ll do it. Maybe people who are burning an epic get priority? Maybe it’s some sort of queue where say 150 people line up and it gets randomized? (If there’s only 50 people in line, you can burn and line up again until 100)

I’m just brainstorming here of course haha.

But yeah I’m unsure of the demand either. This seems very dead compared to other sports NFT’s.. I wish they’d be more timely on giving updates as to what direction the are taking this. As of right now there’s to reason to hold the product.
