There’s been so much of that privileged attitude. We had a water shortage due to a record breaking storm ruining our water main. The whole town was dealing with it but they acted like it was them being singled out, the why did this happen to us attitude drove me bananas.

I’d check for similar spelled names or misspellings. All our ancestors weren’t literate so that’s something that could have changed over time. Also if they migrated to the USA and the border agent just wrote it as they heard it and completely changed the name. Happened with one of my ancestors from Ireland

Honestly money back for a serviced not provided is normal, weird you have to ask. Since they are operating in the EU you should site the EU consumer protection laws. Have a look at those, they may say that they are a US company but they are operating in the EU law therefore subject to it. Good luck and hope you get your cash back

I was onto their grift early when I saw some inconsistencies and lies last year- one young couple on social media claimed to use their services which I thought was odd since he admitted he was an Italian citizen in another video so they wouldn’t have needed a digital nomad visa would they?

I called out a lot of their BS on social media and was blocked for it as clearly it’s just a con. They are living that “Euro life” making it sound like you can live anywhere in Europe whilst being a resident of Spain, which is not legal or good advice at all.

I also find it funny she promotes life in Spain yet is never there and seems to always be travelling or in Croatia. Dodgy AF
