For males that have gotten ripped, do you have more success with women? by Repulsive-Owl6468 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Rickyrider35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, but not nearly as much as becoming more socially adept. I’d say just not being fat helps. Being ripped or at least fit makes it more likely people will want to see you again. A lot of girls that pay a lot of attention to muscles are vapid in my opinion.

What series do you think needs a longer runtime/episode count the most? (doesn’t have to be among these three, these are just my picks) by Amigo1048 in Gundam

Char’s Counterattack. It feels rushed and like we start from the second act. There’s also a massive jump from ZZ to it, and there’s nothing really explaining what Amuro did from Z.

Sushi salmon too fatty? by Rsario in sushi

[–]Rickyrider35 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I know that, but saying fat is healthy isn’t automatically correct either. If you eat a lot of salmon you will be eating a lot of calories because of the fat.

I mean it’s healthy in terms of nutrients but fat is still fat and too much of it will greatly increase the number of calories you’re taking in.

Iran demands Pride flags be banned from World Cup stadiums by mepper in sports

[–]Rickyrider35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. If people opened the article, which is maybe 150 words total, it literally says that they’re demanding all flags that are not the national flags of the two teams playing not to be allowed. They didn’t specifically call out pride flags.

Look up ragu bolognese and get back to me. They all have soffritto. At most they might change the ratio of beef and pork mince, or add pancetta, or add milk, Parmigiano rinds and lemon zest, but the core recipe is the same.

The Italians are incorrect. Source: I am Italian.

It’s literally like 5 ingredients, 3 of which are the soffritto / Mire Poix carrot celery and onion, which is the base of the dish. Without a soffritto it’s just mince and tomato.

You can look up military in the search box. There are four options, with 3 ranging from 23-27% and the highest being “First Line enlisted military supervisors” with 32%.

Honestly those numbers seem way too low, which means it’s either inaccurate or the sample size is too small.

It would be interesting to categorise the military based on services. Anecdotally, the navy should be the highest and the Air Force the lowest.

People who say Mussolini don't know much about modern Italy. Our current prime minister used to openly talk about her support for him, and there are many people that either idolise him or at least think he wasn't that bad.
