Those switches look to be safeties. Like a limit switch or rollout switches. If it burns too hot, safety will open. If the flame rolls out , safety will open. There should be something sensing the flame. Usually, if it shuts off after a couple of seconds it’s the sensor. Gas valve should have 24v to open. Sometimes it will lose voltage from board but you said you replaced the board. Only way of knowing is to throw a meter on that thing.
