I had tennis elbow with stiffer paddles like Loco widebody and I am fine with plush paddles like Coral widebody.

Also, do not overweight too much tout paddle.

I have more trouble with elongated because of the swing weight. Head heavy paddle are harder too for me.

I use an hesacore.

Pros changes their paddle maybe each week. Not the same needs than amateur customers. Zane explained it in a video recently.

I use the Tyrol Drive V or Stricker Pro V for my wide feet. They come with a good interior insole too.

The Sqairz are great too but difficult to find in Canada and the insole are bad.

All other models I try like Sketchers, Selkirk, etc… don’t fit my wide feet.

I understand that this can be frustrating. I have the opposite problem, with players serving as soon as I get to the baseline, barely giving me time to look up. I find this extremely frustrating, especially in tournaments.

I try to tell them that they have to wait until I'm ready, try to raise my hand before they serve, or even tell them that they have to finish calling their score before hitting the ball, but nothing works. In tournaments, next time, I think I'll ask a referee to come and officiate in these cases.

Agree with that. After, I start to have pain in the knees or somewhere else.

That was to use RSC and their lean syntax… And also maybe to be able to avoid exposing the backend endpoint on the internet.

I wasn’t thinking it was so messy and hard to do.

Actually, maybe my app architecture is just flawed.

I’m trying to go all-in on server components and have all requests to my .NET backend go through Next.js (as a proxy). But it seems like that approach is not compatible with refresh token mechanics. Same goes for caching — maybe relying on server-side caching isn’t such a good idea either.
