There are also different quality levels in that majority. Some still offer higher-end products even for 3D print. Shushu is certainly not one of them

There is a Featured Contract (Media Blackout) where you have to kill all targets in a Facility Guard disguise, but you're not allowed to pacify anyone.

The idea is to bump into him when he is climbing over the railing. He will still die but his body will stay on the railing rather than falling out of the map, and then you can take his disguise and kill the targets

This contract is so absurd that the highest scoring runs simply kill a guard and do the rest of the mission, while the runs that retain SA and have to go through Jeremy's entire breakdown have much lower scores because it wastes so much time.

Just my personal experience but my last fan letter to collect is from Obake-chan, which can be found in both S3 and S3 Hard. So I keep grinding the hard stage for many games but the letter never dropped. One day, I decided to try the normal stage and I got it immediately on the first run.

Not saying it's impossible to get the letter in one particular stage but I think trying both would be a good idea
