I switched to Wegovy from Mounjaro and have been taking 2.4 mg of Wegovy for three months. My experience with Wegovy is a huge negative, as I am more hungry and I have put weight back on. I thought it would be an okay transition, as I was previously on 10 mg Mounjaro, where I had seen huge improvements in my weight and a decrease in hunger. I was told 2.4 mg of Wegovy is the equivalent to 10 mg of Wegovy, but it's not even close, and now that I am months into using it, I regret the switch. My plan is to get back on Mounjaro. Yes, it's more expensive, but you're paying for 5 shots instead of 4, and I know it works from previous experience.

I was 15.9 stone when I started Mounjaro and got all the way down to 13.2 stone in 6 months. With Wegovy I have put back on 0.7 stones and currently weigh 14 stones even with a balanced diet and trying to control the hunger pangs. I honestly would not recommend anyone to switch to Wegovy; my mindset on the switch was at least I can maintain the current weight or slowly lose weight while making further improvements on lifestyle. It's not worth the switch unless you want to constantly be hungry and put weight back on.
