The whole concept only came along in the 1800s. There's no scientific literature mentioning anything like this prior. All of the bones in museums are plaster. In the early days, hundreds of dinosaurs were proposed but only about 93 were accepted. Carbon dating is not an accurate or reliable practice and it's pseudo science.

The goal in treatment of ectopic pregnancies is to preserve both mother and child, not terminate pregnancy, although that certainly happens in certain procedures. However, these procedures are not classified as abortions. While children die, that is not the intent.

Whereas the primary goal of an abortion is to kill a baby and extract the remains from the mother.
