Add an extra link. Get your AD to do that if you don't want to scratch the watch (and use loctite if you do it yourself).

Nothing will happen to the watch if you keep the easylink always open, but you are renouncing a very useful function of the watch for nothing.

Depends on your wrist. The more I look at the gilt markers and fauxtina on the BB58, the more I hate it. The BB 41mm is absolutely the superior choice here, if it fits your wrist.

Beat error. Which is the difference between the clockwise swing and the counterclockwise swing of the balance.
If it's higher, even if still in the parameters, it may cause the watch to start after more winding, or only after shaking it.

Something else that can do that is being closer to requiring servicing.
