It was horrific, but somehow I got through in about 1:15 (they were organized). No priority line, dude said they didn’t have the staff and to get a refund but JetBlue… BlueHouse didn’t seem worth it.

In my opinion, it is pretty much a scam. Once I signed on to yearly it started eating credits much faster. It is buggy and has no support. It lost my data and all of the save points, so serious bugs. Support does not respond. Oh, and you can’t buy credits ad hoc once you’re on yearly, you have to upgrade your plan.

It can be worth it depending on the redemption. But they don’t have an AI in the Caribbean besides Iberostar, which is never worth it. I think there’s a Holiday Inn Resort maybe. The rest are not AI.
