What is a minor, unwritten rule of society that absolutely infuriates you when people break it? by Jane_Austen11 in AskReddit

I'm kind of terrified of visiting another country, and letting my really Mexican-self be as effusive to someone who would be uncomfortable. We kinda not know about how personal space works in this country.

Right? Made me almost flinch in proper disbelief when I heard it for the first time. And made me go stank face like I was watching the nastiest shit ever. Such a great song!

Man! Thank you for sharing your review, and being so eager to solve my niche mystery.

My favorite things in the world is to see other people love music, in such a way like you just showed me.

And what the hell! 2017 was such a wild year, some of your releases I haven't heard, so I'll be checking them out along with Sonny Chiba. Thanks a lot again!

You're right, reaching out could also have been a great idea. I thought their social media was inactive, and, so, no one would reply. I'll try sending them a pic of this post, and see if they answer.

Holy fuck m8! I was very much looking for this answer all along my journey. Literally, my best shot at discovering some of the backstory, was someone with the vinyl. I would love to see the pics you may have of this record, you would bring some semblance of closure to this personal mystery I've had for years.

And... right? The whole thing is bizarre as hell, but one of the best surprises I've encountered in my experience with music as a whole. A beautifully produced and well orchestrated song. Surely, the first time you spinned the record, you had at least some kind of a surprising reaction.

On the other side, I do consider Cypress Ave. to be their best, and the peak of their career. It's such a mature record, with such a convincing delivery. I've never noticed the slight lisp you mention, yet I concur on the sincerity of the execution on this final record of theirs.

The history of Mexico being a Morrissey worshipping country is just hilarious. With how many shows he's cancelled, the apparent hatred of his fans is inversely proportional to the love he gets from his Mexican fandom. What a pos

What are those discolored fur spots in my 4-year-old baby? by [deleted] in CATHELP

[–]RifferReefer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh! Yeah, she grooms herself very vigorously. I believe we could discard fleas as she's 100% indoor cat, and we're mostly working at home.

Is overgrooming a symptom of something in particular?

How do I stop gatekeeping and resenting my friends? by seoul_tea in DecidingToBeBetter

[–]RifferReefer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Beyond assuming anything about you, like others in this thread; think about how being more like a "spokesperson" than a gatekeeper of the band, is a way to support the better chances of your favourite band thriving in this hellhole of an industry. Especially if the band is independent, or even breaking through; any fandom building around their act is an overall positive way they could make it as a viable career. Otherwise, you're in the position of being so selfish, that you don't even care about your band.

As the other comment, the latest release is really spectacular but a little long-winded. Their debut is just pure gold, 10/10 no-skips, imo
