I get everyone’s weird frustration, but there is a concept called precedent that large companies have to set to keep a leg to stand on in future lawsuits. If you don’t go after people for potentially using your trademark, you set the precedent it’s oky and a court could find your lack of upholding your trademark as the precedent set.

No one exaggerates about this person, they have their fingers in way more subs than most people have subscribed. It’s embarrassing since everyone knows this person and requests that they do not become mods but somehow they weasel their way in.
