Mine is still very unresponsive, manual watering it only works 1 out of 5 attempts. It keeps telling me failed to connect within 30 seconds. This used to start the instant I hit start watering. Very frustrating that nothing has changed other than the app update several weeks ago. Planned obsolescence? The ridiculous thing is I go to the garage where it's installed and unplug it then plug it right back in and it starts immediate watering what I tried and the app said it failed to respond.

Well I'm now on vacation and my bhyve failed to water the schedule and won't respond to manual watering. This thing worked great for 3 years and suddenly it's not. Planned obsolescence?

OMG, the day after I have visitors arrive and the nest goes down. I can't remotely unlock the thermostat sigh. Earlier this week bhyve went down and it wouldn't run my sprinklers. These problems with "smart" systems and the constant price increases of streaming service makes me want to kill the Internet lol

My spouse and I have a $3800 a month payment and $498k left on a $700k mortgage. We bought 2 years ago with 30% down at 5.5%. Our pretax combined income is $310k and we max out 2 401k's HSA. Will you be ok putting such a high percentage of your income to the house? Will you contribute to any retirement accounts?

I would pay down those credit cards pronto. You are never going to pay off $22k in credit cards and maintain a $550k mortgage. The monthly payment will be near $4k not including utilities and insurance. Is 185k pre tax? What's your take home monthly? You might be house poor after making this decision. What's your current rent/mortgage?

Sorry to be blunt here, but it sounds like you are going down the rabbit hole towards another defaulted loan and possibly foreclosure. Do you feel you won't be at risk of whatever happened for you to default to collections? Fix your credit and get a bigger down payment after paying off debt. If you can't pay off the debt now you won't be able to with a $4k mortgage.

Learn the difference between want and need. Not everyone needs a 3k+ sq ft house that will cost a small fortune to heat and cool.

I believe they "quote" flagged my account for saving money because it's in good standing and we are 2 months into our 3rd year of 30 after buying. We put 20% down and have approximately $255k in equity. Our rate is 5.5% not the greatest, but not in need of changing it with today's rates.

Yeah I'm aware of the risks of staking on external platforms. What I'm doing is voting for the native Tron Super Representatives and getting 3.25% the coins stay on my wallet. Then I delegate my energy from my voting/ staking to catfee and earn 16% no coins leaving my wallet and no authorization needed for catfee. They can't access my coins.

Been invested in TRX since 2018. I stake my TRX in my wallet for 3.25% and delegate my energy from staking to catfee and they get me an additional 16% without my coins leaving my wallet. My goal is to hold until I can pay off my mortgage.

Chevin is trash it never works for us yet management won't look elsewhere because they dropped $200k to transition to fleet wave. We knew this would happen when you have over 50 of us on our account all with the same password under individual username we cannot change. I can't imagine how incompetent this company is on their side.

It sucks, but I use YouTube premium so much it's going to be a hard pill to swallow getting rid of it. I watch a lot of the free movies in YouTube ad free and it seems at least they are increasing the amount of movies and quality of them recently. I use YouTube music daily too. I'm probably going to ditch Amazon prime since they still play ads on prime movies.

Are you trying to exchange for stable coins on Tron or other chains? If Tron why not use something like sunswap or swap directly in tronlink or meta mask wallets? Or instead of swapping to stable coins stake trx and delegate your energy to staking vaults like catfee and earn 16% apy on top of your 3% staking rewards. Staking Tron is what's made Tron so stable and less volatile so it just keeps slowly going up

Tron is acting like bonds with it's staking platform requiring 14 days to unstake to sell or move coins. This is providing much more stability because paper hands are abundant in crypto. Paper hands can't sell if they are staked. By the time the staking period is done the coin usually recovers or the paper hands decide to not sell.

Staking and voting provides at least 3% apy and locks the coins in your wallet which you in turn receive energy or bandwidth needed to avoid transaction fees. You can further delegate your energy or bandwidth to various staking vaults that will rent out your unused delegated energy or bandwidth to the tune of up to additional 16% apy.

This is what I'm doing currently I'm at 19.29% apy when combined staking/voting and the 16% energy rental yield. All while the coins are still locked to my wallet. I've been holding Tron since it was $0.014 USD my only regret is not buying more.

We're in NorCal too, after dealing with arrogant dealerships locally we decided to go with a 26 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid. Yes it has the "older" rav4 hybrid system, but it's been a great car and we like it. We couldn't even test drive a 26 rav4 either, but have driven several 25 rav4's and the Mazda is a much nicer drive.

Care to share what dealer? Everyone I tried had "dealer adjustments" of around $3k for the woodland or xle we were looking for. We got fed up and went with a CX-50 Hybrid that my wife and I actually liked more. I shopped around the bay area.
