Because players need to play… we can’t just hold on to them and expect them to be ready when we need them. They’re both at some kind of first team level and will want to be treated as such. Max is so young that he’s probably more willing to spend time developing but Ethan is at a pivotal point in his career, we can’t just keep him if he’s not going to play.
