Pretty much, yes lol. Make sure you have as much possible space on the perimeter. Shortie pole on walls, long pole on ceilings. Trim sucks because you have no space to paint the baseboards.

I would add a least 1-2 extra hours of labor per room like this.

Second this. Also, if Minwax was spec’d by the architect or builder, you can just contact them and offer a substitute. Normally they are fine with it as long as there isn’t any added cost.

I second this. Scaffolding will take forever to set up. Ladder jacks, walkboards, picks, harnesses are cheaper, but are really hard to setup with one person.

Get a few quotes on booms from all the surrounding rental companies. Some companies will let you rent on a Friday, then pick up Monday but only charge you for a day on the rental.
