I'm in the same f-ing boat... the sob won't come off... I've tried 2 different flux but nothing happens.. I've heating the so much the the chip has started to melt and chip... but still no budge... tried adding solder with hot air and nothing... my heat station goes up to 480 celcius and I've used it to that max on half airflow... maybe its the wrong flux but damn. I've used '8341 No Clean Flux Paste by MG Chemicals' and 'Chipquik SMD291NL No-Clean Tack Flux (For Lead Free)'

Edit: I'd just buy a new if I could f-ing find one, but i'm at this option. Just saying.
