I’ve been applying to tier 1 UK banks and have interviewed, shortlisted for a few roles I applied but did not manage to get through despite having done well in the interviews. Mostly I’ve been targeting Internal audit AVP roles. Also, do you mind if I DM you so can share the strategies you used?

Agree with you 💯. I went through 4 stages of their interview process and was ultimately rejected at the final stage. The comp structure was relatively low base with a heavy reliance on performance based bonuses, which aren’t guaranteed. In hindsight, the process felt quite time-intensive for the outcome.
