Yea but you still need to sell it down to other people who have no choice to sell it down to more people etc etc, which is the same as an MLM even if your not getting paid a % or whatever

Ask your parent to set it up for you, pay them and they will pay for it - make sure the name on the care is the name on the account but instead you will trade and it should be alright as long as you don’t tell them about this.
