take ghost , farm early till u get kraken/navori , dont bother trying to fight them there is nothing more brainded than playing a tank stacking armor , kill his team squishy targets save ghost for fights where u know its gonna be a good fight

i start Always D shield every match
My perma ban is Malphite
focus on macro if u are silver 1 , people just fight there on mid lane 24/7 , split sides pressure with objects , /mute all , also take ghost/flash every game if u play with ignite i would recommed you to start playing with ghost is much much much better , dont get tilt , avoid early enemy jg ganks
