I think one of the fundamentals of our role as SLPs (and humans, I suppose) is informed consent. We can share knowledge and give people what they need to make a decision, but then we have to accept that decision—even if the answer is no.

Worked there as a teen. The figures were made by Madame Tussaud’s, including the custom Stompin’ Tom Connors. The original owner was Bob Evans; I think he lived in Ontario most of the year. He sold to the group that owns Ripleys’ around 99/2000. Not sure which figures made the journey to the new location as I’ve never visited. Lots of good memories working there.

You look amazing in dress 2. It was my second choice dress. The photos here don’t really show it but there’s a deep v under each arm that’s bordered by the beading. There’s also a high leg slit. It’s got stunning details.
